Why do I feel that UFLY, the foundation under UXLINK, made the right investment this time?
After reading the interview with the founder of @XerpaAI, I want to share a few honest thoughts:

XerpaAI is not one of those projects that just connects GPT to a UI; it is building an AI-driven growth system. The value lies in:
In the future, instead of hiring a CMO to attract users, you will directly connect to an AGA (AI Growth Agent) that will operate on its own. So I believe this is not just an ordinary tool but is transforming growth from a hit-or-miss approach into an algorithmic system!

There are several things it does that I have actually done: finding people to post, optimizing copy, tracking data, iterating strategies, but doing it manually is slow and can easily lose connection! XerpaAI systematizes this entire process, using AI to create content, automatically matching social resources, optimizing based on feedback, and then continuously looping. I have tried to build this chain manually, and the efficiency and results were vastly different!

It's a team that genuinely gets things done, which is what I care about the most! The founder of Xerpa is an experienced builder who has previously managed growth projects worth hundreds of millions. He doesn't just say AI is powerful; he uses AI to solve the pitfalls he has encountered!
Moreover, currently, 80% of Xerpa's clients are in the Web3 space, indicating that they know how to communicate with these projects, not just pure technology!

As InfoFi evolves, I think you’ll see serious teams heavily shift their focus from pre-TGE incentivization to post-TGE marketing spend while focusing on rewards for creators and figures that can actually convert.
There will still be some juice to make noise before launch, but I think teams will start recognizing poor ROI on this spend as more serious creators self-select out of the biweekly churn of new project spam.
Ultimately a team (with a real product or chain) should see TGE simply as the starting point rather than the end goal for fever pitch attention…and incentives will shift to demonstrate that understanding
I think the ppl pushing forward the marketing bounties for Polkadot understand this well as evidenced through conversation and discussion and the institutional support behind projects like Hydration.
Mindshare matters, but conversion and users matter even more.
High quality post-TGE signal >>>>> low quality pre-TGE noise
Mindshare marketing can become very effective if the ppl running the campaigns understand how to use the tools. It will flounder if they do not.
