Let's talk about the ICM (internet capital markets) concept in a nutshell:
Recently, the SOL Foundation and some North American capital @himgajria have been leading the market to play with the ICM concept, and ICM's own crude understanding is that Web2 companies/teams issue coins, whether you are doing AI, e-commerce, or selling furniture @dupe_solana
On the one hand, the circle is tired of the pure MEME model, and more importantly, by guiding these Web2 businesses to issue coins, SOL can bring new funds and user increments. This is also one of the fuses for @launchcoin @pasternak to take advantage of this opportunity to explode

浅析下 @believeapp 这个平台的运营模式
Believe 这个发射台官方支持的项目都具备一定的特征，拉了一群 web2 有产品的人，尤其是北美 AI 圈在 crypto 没有太大声量的萌新 founder，给他们提供资源在 web3 发币和做营收
这种打法有点生不逢时，因为如果是去年年末 AI 潮的时候他们就做了这种思路，估计现在都得 fomo 上天。和当时的炒作不同之处在于：
1️⃣ 实名 AI founder 进 Web3 募资的故事
- @pasternak 支持的这些 AI founder 应该是都经过了一定 dd，在产品发布和 token 发射的时候都是真人出镜 + 实名
- 产品形态确定，token 也固定 CA，只是代币经济学并不清晰
- 视频内容的格式都有点像。。
而非当时的匿名蹭盘 + 纯炒作 GitHub 高星项目，从这些 founder 实名 + 固定 CA 的情况来看，这些人的产品大概能确定是和代币强关联的。至少，这次我们买的可能都是真 AI 了
群友 @zk7hao 也说：「Web2 优质 founder 进来发币未必是一件坏事，其实也可以带来一些增量资产和 dev。」
2️⃣ 100 个 1 M 远比 1 个 100M 容易——不需要龙一
我们假设一个新台子起来的 KPI 是 100M
对于发射台，尤其是新台子来说，做出来 100 个历史到过 1M 的币其实远比孵化出一个 100M 的币容易。从 $DUPE $SUPERFRIEND 来看，很明显是创始人的 web2 资源很好，并且有一定对项目的参与辅导
毕竟，不是每个 AI 项目都能成功盈利并上纳斯达克。而在 web2 募资远没有在 web3 募资容易，通过不断引入北美的 AI 项目，这些年轻的 founder 可以轻松募资
那为什么市场会对此买账，上面也说了，代币经济学并不清晰，founder 自己可能也不知道这个币能干什么，答案就是——现有的 web3 AI 都太烂了。。。假设市场还愿意为技术买单，那么 Believe 虽然没有操盘，但是他能拉来 100 个背景好、有产品创新、有价值的真 AI 过来，届时可以轻轻松松完成 100 个起码到过 1M 以上的代币发射 KPI
还有一个非常值得注意的点。思考一下，我们买 letsbonk 和 boop 上的代币，基本上都与「这个和 bonkguy 强关联」「这个和 dingaling 互动」有关，而且中心化程度短时间内很难脱离开，反而会桎梏平台的上限，初始流量是好也是坏
——但是 $DUPE $SUPERFRIEND 被市场买账与平台之间的独立性很强，可能是因为冷静买了，可能是因为潜水买了，可能是因为 dev 背景好，但大部分不是因为这是出于 @believeapp 才买的，这和目前市面上的新台子的打法截然不同
这种被市场买账的独立性意味着，假如 @pasternak 能拉来一个会操盘的会来事的 AI founder，那他等于是挖掘了新时代 DK (Luna 创始人) 的伯乐，或许也只有这种非中心化流量能打开平台上代币的天花板
「平台币被营收和金狗收入反哺，而非平台币创造了平台上代币的上限。」
3️⃣ 目前该平台币的优势：便宜
不管他能不能做得起来，这个平台币本身事实上是被他上面的金狗反哺的，目前优势有二：
- 便宜，这点没的说
- 目前已确定了 CA，但尚未释放任何平台币相关利好，包括回购、分红等等
从投资的角度来说，这是一个：
- 目前 FDV 仅 6M 的
- 在 crypto 圈内已有声量的
- alliance dao @alliancedao 孵化并支持的
- 创始人能带 AI founder 资源进来的 Launchpad
风险也就是在于平台币回购预期不如人意
综上来说，我认为这种打法在客观上是有更高的上限的，而这种上限距离现在这个价格存在价值低估的可能性，并且也还有后续预期未释放，DYOR
